Your first visit starts by filling out an appointment request below. After filling it out, go ahead and click on the Reservations tab to access our online booking system and book your first service. Please add “New Guest” service to your booking. Once we receive your request, we will double check that the date, time and service you booked makes the most sense for your hair needs.
The day of your service, please arrive 10 minutes early. We will begin with a tour of our space, so that you feel at home with us. We will then sit and have a consultation to address all of your hair needs, not only for your first service, but also to develop a plan to achieve your long term goals.
If you are here for a color service, your color will be custom blended for your perfect shade. We will then add your formula to the online profile you created. This allows us to recreate the magic each visit, as well as adjust it if you’d like to switch things up.
You will visit our Sanctuary, where your shampoo experience melts stress away like a mini vacation. Relax as you experience our famous head and neck massage, made complete with a hot towel.
Your service will conclude with styling, and of course, an Instagram photoshoot. We will recommend your at home hair care, and set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
